ORDER PROCESSING:

On business days;
Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - From Biesveld 4 / 5673BN Nuenen, the Netherlands.
Orders can be picked up daily, mail us first to make an appointment. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL & DOMESTIC DELIVERY;
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the Netherlands.
Orders placed before 13:00 during business days will be delivered the next day. 
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. All orders over US$79 come with free shipping. Orders under US$79 will have US$26 shipping cost. Orders will be shipped with FedEx, all our orders are shipped from the Netherlands in a discreet package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to nearly all countries.

Shipping to the UK, US, Canada and all EU countries: Free Shipping (FedEx International Economy) on all orders over US$79

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FedEx Priority can be selected during checkout (US$36) (in most cases next day delivery)
In some countries, like for example the UK, your order may be subject to import duties which are incurred once.
When a shipment reaches your destination country, our BON4 company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In case of defect, or when a product has not been worn/used, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, but make sure the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, also shipping back.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at tim@bon4.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
